My approach to career coaching is always targeted to what you need at this time.  This can mean identifying career paths or dealing with a difficult boss or handling a salary negotiation.  I always start by talking with you and listening to you to understand the problem. Then - together – we work on how to solve it.  ​

I structure coaching sessions to meet your personal situation and goals.  Cookie cutter solutions are only good if you’re baking cookies.​

Once your goals have been achieved, we stop meeting.  I do not require clients to prepay for a minimum number of coaching sessions as some career coaches do.  If you feel you are not being helped by this process, you can stop at any time.
