I started AAA Targeted Writing and Coaching in 2004 to provide a different kind of service. Many resume companies focus on selling packages, which lets them increase the value of each transaction. Others use a resume builder model that asks clients to fill out survey forms, but limit engagement between client and writer. I follow a business model that is based on collaboration and transparency. Every project starts with a free consultation where I learn about what you need and determine the fee.
The company is located in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood, but I have worked with clients throughout the U.S.

Biography:
My early life in Cleveland shaped how I think about work and career. I lived near four steel mills and saw how the city changed when those mills closed. My father was an electrician, and my two favorite uncles worked in factories. All three of these men grew up during the Depression and fought in WWII. When I get tired or lazy, I think of how they had to struggle and work.
I was luckier than my dad and uncles. I had the chance to go to college and develop a broad range of skills that include writing. I later taught writing while I was studying for a Ph.D. While doing that, I took a job as a Manager at a phone center. This position taught me the
basics of HR, including recruiting and hiring. I am now very luck to be in a position where I can help people every day while doing what I love.
